A small group of people were usually thinking of similar mission. Their noble vision was entirely relating to educational promotion in the society. To shape up their noble vision, these generous people met in a very delight & encouraging environment. As a result of their socio useful consultation & great decision, a social Trust in the name of ‘DHRUV Education Trust’ was come into effect on 2 nd May, 2001. In the beginning years, the Trust has started a College for Education to meet the significant need of education in the remote villages of North Gujarat. Accordingly, College of Education (B.Ed.) of one-year duration from the academic session 2002-2003 with an annual intake of 100 students. On findings of successful organization, expected academic results & response from the eligible students of surrounding villages, it has been unanimously decided to start P.T.C. College in the name of JAY-KALA VIDHYA MANDIR in Vadasma village of Mehsana District (N.G.).

Vadasma is considerable large place which has surrounding by many small villages and it is 22 kms away from Kalol (N.G.) and 25 kms. away from Taluka & District Mehsana, the major city of North Gujarat, where JAY-KALA VIDHYA MANDIR – a P.T.C. College is existing.
